Title:Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Start Date: July 9-17 (flexible), Sat Sept 7 and Sun Sept 8

Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM plus call 3 PM - 7 AM

Work Details:

• Support Staff: Surgeon
• Department Description: CT Surgery
• EMR: Cerner
• Special Procedures: Temporary pacemaker removal, chest tube removal, IABP removal, A-line placement
• Skills Required: Recent cardiothoracic surgery, proficient with EVH

Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: AZ
• License Required: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• Minimum Experience Required: 3 years in cardiothoracic surgery with EVH
• ACLS and BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

Aya will pay for Travel and lodging
