**Cardiology Opening in Albany, GA** Columbus 86m, Macon 100m, Atlanta 180m Seeking General Cardiologist. * Based in our Albany campus and will do 1-2 days of regional outreach. * Community Hospital * Comprehensive and Multi-specialty Heart and Vascular Center * Experienced APP support in the clinic * Call 1:8 to 1:10 when fully staffed shared call with interventional cardiologists * 1 afternoon off per week * Board eligible or certified within 5 years of training * Heart & Vascular Team comprised of: 1 Vascular Surgeon (with plans on a 2nd), 1 Electrophysiologist, 2 CT Surgeons, 4 Interventional Cardiologists, and 6 Non-Invasive Cardiologists * Full range of cardiac programs: Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CTA, Structural Heart and EP * Level 1 Emergency Cardiac Care Center * Imaging modalities include: * Transthoracic, echocardiogram, transesophageal echocardiogram, nuclear imaging, Cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, procedural intervention with structural procedures, such as watchmen, complicated TAVR, mitraclip * Nuclear, transthoracic, echocardiogram, and transesophageal, echocardiogram most frequent in terms of volume * Board eligible or certified within 5 years of training * Advanced Imaging Fellowship a plus, not required. * J-1 and H1-B sponsorship available **Compensation** * Base: $556,476 * Sign-on: $50,000 * Relocation: $15,000 * CME: $7,000 * PTO/CME Days: 20 * Holidays: 7 **Albany, GA** * Albany, GA is the larger community in our area (population about 70-80K). * Short drive to Atlanta and the Florida beaches * Cost of living 16% lower than national average * Temperate weather year-round perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, boating, golfing, etc. * Known as Pecan Capital of the World * Regional Airport with 35-minute flight to Atlanta
