Form of workSUMMARY: Assist physician during diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures; responsible for patient preparation, making sure room is set up properly, and operation of highly sophisticated imaging, monitoring and data recording equipment. Assumes a primary responsibility for the wellbeing of the patient.
Required Education/Training: None
Required Experience: Recent experience in Cath Lab, Diagnostic Radiology, or Interventional Radiology
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT or RCIS (within one year of hire); BLS; ACLS (within 90 days of hire)
Preferred Education/Training: Associate or bachelor degree in Radiology technology or CVT training
