Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide the best first impression possible for the business
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Articulate product offerings to customers and answer questions and concerns
- Understand and become proficient on the use of all point-of-sales technologies including pay kiosks and customer apps. Must be able to communicate to a wide range of customers how their interfaces work with the Car Wash
-Assist customers with payment transactions and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell packages and convert single sales into memberships
- Collaborate with coworkers to provide the best possible service for each customer
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of Car Wash operations and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer and social skills for operating Car Wash equipment interface
Conversational Spanish is a plus, but not required.
