The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00

As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will facilitate proactive engagement in company initiatives across the enterprise to identify and prioritize information protection risks, facilitate mitigation of risk and where needed, escalate and communicate open risks and recommendations to executive leadership. Use your skills, experience, and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. You will take the lead as you provide support to the security and privacy work streams for a variety of enterprise projects and initiatives. You will identify and prioritize information security risks, advise business partners on security/privacy requirements and solutions to ensure compliance. You will conduct analysis and trends on internal/external progress and establish relationships to working closely with cross-functional teams. You will align initiatives with business objectives of the company and provide support to a variety of enterprise projects.
Through your understanding of the foundations and working principles of machine learning algorithms, linear algebra, probability theory, statistics, and optimization theory, you will perform data exploration and analysis (look at distributions, find anomalies, create simple visualizations, etc.) and implement algorithmic solution given specifications, while adhering to best practices in model development. We will look to you to understand and actively follow foundational programming principles (best practices, know about unit tests, code organization, basics of CI/CD etc.) and create a well-maintainable & tested codebase with relevant documentation. You will get the opportunity to develop in one or more approved programming languages (Java, Scala, Python, R), and learn and adhere to best practices in data analysis and data understanding.

About You
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years' direct experience with Information Security Technologies or Data Privacy Consulting or PCI-DSS Consulting
• Solid problem-solving skills and experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop working business relationships and trust
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to lead down, across, and up in order to persuade and/or negotiate desired outcomes
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
