Job Summary
As an acting member of Waterdrops Express Car Wash, the Wash Attendant/Cleaning Crew performs the daily operational practices of running the Car Wash facility. However, the position may require cross-training sometimes with Cashiers. Wash Attendants are also responsible for maintaining the store's image and answering customer inquiries.
Work Context
- Body Positioning- Ability to intermittently and repeatedly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull, or do fine manipulations, climb ladders, and stand for prolonged periods. Ability to lift or move items of light to heavy weight, up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Position requires regularly walking, standing, using hands, reaching with hands and arms.
- Position requires peripheral vision, ability to see color, ability to adjust focus, distance vision, close vision
- Work Attire- Position requires a uniform including black or khaki pants, company provided blue polo shirt, non-slip shoes and company provided name-tag and access card.
- Routine versus Challenging Work-Position is fast paced at times and involves work that is dependent on the weather.
- Pace and Scheduling - Position requires flexible availability. Weekend and holiday availability is also required. This can be subject to change and work schedules may be altered by the Store Manager to meet business needs.
Primary Job Duties
- Greet customers entering the establishment. We take pride in ensuring that each and every customer feels welcomed and satisfied with their time spent with us.
- Guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
- Must be able to operate the send station and have a complete understanding of all overrides to adjust the wash per vehicle as needed.
- Regularly clean and maintain facility and equipment, as well as throughout the outside portion of the establishment and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
- Emptying/cleaning trash cans
- Cleaning floors
- Sweeping out parking lot/Power wash the parking lot
- Clean blowers every night
- Empty out vacuums and outside vacuum drops and brush the separators thoroughly
- Install or take down vacuum hoses at the beginning or end of the day
- Complete duties as assigned by the Store Manager or manager on shift.
- Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
