Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of colleagues in a fast-paced environment to process products that are nearly ready for market.
• Employ a delicate touch and meticulous approach during the final stages of production to uphold the integrity of the products.
• Maintain a spotless and organized workspace, adhering to our stringent cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest and comfort in working with botanical products, showcasing a willingness to learn and adapt in this unique environment.
• Execute tasks with precision, ensuring that the products are handled carefully as they near completion.
• Work closely with team members to streamline processes and achieve production goals efficiently.
• Uphold safety protocols at all times, contributing to a secure work atmosphere for yourself and your colleagues.
• Contribute to the effective communication flow within the team, reporting progress, challenges, and suggestions for process improvement to supervisors.
• Exhibit flexibility by adapting to changing tasks and priorities, ensuring the seamless progression of production.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a detail-oriented or quality-focused role is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Attentive to cleanliness and organization, promoting a safe and productive workspace.
• Comfort and familiarity with working around plant products preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No nights

Job-related location requirement:

• Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
