SalaryWe are a legal cannabis cultivation facility located in Adelanto CA. We are hiring detail-oriented, hard-working Cannabis Trimmers! This position is responsible for hand trimming cannabis flower while complying with all current laws, and safety requirements. This person must be detail orientated with the ability to meet department and company goals quickly and efficiently.
PLEASE NOTE: This positon is paid via commission.
Duties Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the basic hand trimming of the cannabis flower
- Meet production goal as communicated by department Manager
- Follow state and local laws and safety standards
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Trim and weigh out flower accurately to prepare for packaging
- Strong work ethic with the ability to increase productivity
- Maintain a steady pace and quality
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment daily
Skills Requirements:
- Prior Trimming experience
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience preferred
- Ability to follow directions and perform job tasks in a consistent manner
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a good attitude and work well in a team environment
- Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
