Job Summary:
The cannabis Sales Representative is a strategic sales professional with a solid track record of growth. They are a savvy negotiator adept at building and continuing to grow successful business partnerships. Must be highly motivated with problem solving acumen and the ability to multitask and prioritize to hit sales targets and achieve goals. This person will work towards our goal of maximizing sales in Colorado and building client relationships with each account.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule in-store promotions and events
- Collect sales and promotions data
- Achieve assigned sales goals
- Negotiate effectively to enable wins for both the organization and business partners
- Point of contact for all stores
- Analyze and create market strategies
- Reporting of territory data and demand
- Setting up in store promotion activations and bud tender educations
- Road warrior - frequent customer visits and sales calls
Qualifications:
- High interactive and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage 30+ customer accounts at one time
- Ability to use data analytics to increase market share
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to think critically, and problem solve
- Familiarity with Leaflink is a plus
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years in an outside sales role with proven track record of growth
- Previous Cannabis Sales experience strongly preferred
Compensation:
- 35k base salary
- Highly competitive commission package
