As a Cannabis Brand Representative at Hold Up Roll Up, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and informative experience for every customer. You'll be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Providing knowledgeable and accurate information about cannabis products and their effects.
• Helping customers select the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
• Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Complying with all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Participating in Social Media marketing and advertisements
• Using store content, images, and other social content involving Hold Up Roll Up to help build the store brand
• Drive customer engagement and store/brand loyalty
• Driving and increasing sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age with a valid New York State ID.
• Strong customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to responsible retail practices.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
• Knowledge of different cannabis products and their effects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (or another relevant language).
