Job Description: We are currently seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Cannabis Production Workers. One of these positions will serve as a Production Lead, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production process, while the other will work as a Production Worker. Both roles are integral to our production team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.
Responsibilities:Production Lead (Position 1):
- Supervise and lead a team of Production Workers.
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Assist in training new production team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Production Worker (Position 2):
- Assist in the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of cannabis plants.
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
- Follow established procedures for trimming, packaging, and labeling.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:Production Lead (Position 1):
- 2+ years of relevant Cannabis Production experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and processing.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
Production Worker (Position 2):
- Previous experience in a production or agricultural setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Passion for the cannabis industry.
