SalaryThe packer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and mindful handling, preparing, filling, and packaging of incoming and outgoing orders. The typical products handled on a weekly basis can range from flower to concentrates, and other pre-packaged material to be relabeled. Our Packaging team is trained to package a variety of products in a safe and clean environment while maintaining any and all packaging and production equipment.
Responsibilities:
● Set up, measure, weigh, label and record products packaged in accordance with facility SOP’s.
● Must be capable of sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or walking for extended periods of time.
● Must be capable of using both hands and holding small tools designed to aid in the packaging process.
● Ability to set and meet goals within structured timeframes
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to change as needed
● May be required to lift, pull or push 30+ lbs
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the processing facility
- Must be able to work well with others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
