Recommended experience and skills.
· 2+ years' experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
· In-depth knowledge of Cannabis.
· Ability to operate and learn to operate basic equipment related to the job. Ie Digital Scale, Heat Sealer, basic office equipment.
· Must pass a background check in compliance with CRA standards and be 21 years old or older.
· The Ability to lift up to 50lbs as required.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to listen and follow directions to the letter.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
· Strong number skills and basic math. Experience with inventory is desired.
· Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
· Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
· Ability to work a varying schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
· For extended periods, one must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
The packaging tech’s role is to assist in the creation of all prepackaged Cannabis Products
· Producing prepackaged Cannabis products like prepacked 1/8ths and Prerolls.
· Operating equipment such as the Flow Grinder, Knock Box, Air Compressor, Heat Sealer and all other equipment related to the job.
· Cleaning of equipment and packaging facility.
· Follow all QC protocols set forth in the department.
· Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area in pristine condition.
· Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
· promoting a culture of safety and attention to detail.
· Record keeping of all details pertinent to Packaging and inventory.
· Maintaining strict paper records of product produced, product boxed, damaged items, discrepancies, and equipment issues.
· Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as requested that may involve cross training depts, helping with harvest or any other needs.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
