Experienced Cannabis Packaging Agent (Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm)

We are looking for an experienced Cannabis Packaging Agent.

Job Summary:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager and at times managing the following:

• Always maintain MRA Compliance.
• Always maintain hygiene in accordance with post-harvest activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report all product waste to Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager.
• Ensure poor quality product is separated from quality product in accordance with grow rating system and Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager is notified.
• Responsible for safety procedures and adherence in area of responsibility.
• Ensure organization of separate strains during de-budding and trimming process.
• Responsible for packaging finished product for storage/batching.
• Responsible for weighing and recording weights, then reporting to the Post-Harvest Manager.
• Working understanding of the METRC system.

• Ability to follow instruction and carry out necessary protocol.
• Ability to gather, track, and report on metrics associated with areas of responsibility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT

• Available to work during Harvest activities
• Available to work 40+ hours per 7-day week
• Available to work Weekends when requested
• Able to lift 30Lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Packaging: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer literacy: 4 years (Preferred)
• Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred)
