We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires timely paced work and operating in various outdoor and indoor environments.
Duties
- Assist with general labor tasks such as Trimming, Pruning , Harvesting.
- Operate hand tools and equipment as needed
- Keeping a positive attitude
- Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops or plants
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Previous experience in Gardening or General Laborer
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment is a plus
- Experience working in a greenhouse or farm environment is beneficial

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
