Cannabis Lab Technician / Packaging

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Assistant/Laboratory Technician. As a Packaging Assistant/Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in producing cannabis concentrate products and performing various laboratory tasks. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of our organization's goals and objectives. We are willing to train you!

Duties:
- Collect and analyze data from our processes, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Package various Cannabis products made on-site
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean-running work environment for yourself and other team members
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Assist in the development of new laboratory techniques and procedures
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures (not required)
- Experience working in an Cannabis Laboratory setting (not required)
- Punctuality
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs as well as work while standing for 8 hours (breaks every 2 hours)
