CANNABIS LAB MGR

```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cannabis Lab Manager to join our team. As the Lab Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cannabis research laboratory. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, scientific expertise, and a deep understanding of laboratory procedures and regulations.

```Responsibilities:```
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the cannabis research laboratory
- Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance and regulations
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Conduct scientific research and analysis related to cannabis cultivation, extraction, and product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development initiatives
- Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
- Manage inventory of supplies and reagents, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Train and mentor laboratory staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in cannabis research, and changes in regulations

```Requirements:```

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Cannabis industry
- Strong knowledge of cannabis research development
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures, including sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data management and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
