Expected tasks, but NOT limited to:

• Maintain a work ethic that is efficient, accurate & consistent with company standards.
• Maintain a clean & productive work environment, keeping all work areas stocked with necessary supplies & all personal belongings in Lockers at all times.
• Confer with customers by telephone, live chats, & email to provide information about products & services, take & enter orders, obtain details & log complaints. Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form such as order notes.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products, Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or add on products to existing orders.
• Obtain customers' names, contact information, addresses, billing information, product numbers, & specifications of items to be purchased, enter this information on orders.

Email & Phone numbers are very important.

• Explain products or services and prices, & answer questions from customers. Verify accuracy of financial or transactional data.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, & subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, in person, or on work utilized platforms.
• Verify customer & order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary. Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, & any anticipated delays.
• Basic skills with computers & computer systems (hardware and software) to set up functions, enter data, or process information, CSR’s are responsible for maintaining communication & properly utilizing company platforms such as:

Skype

POS System

Deputy

Bambee

Zoho

RingCentral

US Postal Service & other mail carriers

Payment processing platforms

ALL company websites both E-commerce & wholesale

Be completely knowledgeable of our Germination Guide for any & all customer issues pertaining to Germination Issues:

• Assess validity of complaints & to determine possible causes.
• Aid coworkers & customers in job related knowledge - Growing, Germination, Policies, Procedures, Etc.
• Confirm CX followed all instructions properly.

When Packaging:

• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms & legs, Moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, walking, & handling materials
• Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment. Attention to details.
• Examine shipment contents & compare with records, such as manifests, or invoices.
• Attach all labels to proper packaging & shipping materials. Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Place or pour products/materials into proper packaging, containers, & shipping materials.
• Communicate issues, observations & levels of needed supplies to management
• All policies regarding back of house / packaging procedures are followed

Scheduling:

• Flexible or open availability & weekend availability is preferred
• All Policies regarding attendance are followed properly
• No set schedules - Days off can /will change with business needs
• Correct time management / Task prioritization while on shift
• Help maintain needed coverage on Phones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
