About PLG:
PLG LLC is a content creation agency specializing in the cannabis accessory market. We work with brands like ZigZag rolling papers, Clipper Lighter, and @herb to produce highly engaging social media videos.

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting captivating videos for our clients. We possess the expertise to identify winning video concepts, encompassing key elements such as visual appeal, trending sounds, and clever captions.

Qualifications:
To excel as a Canna-Content Creator, you :

• MUST have video/photo experience.
• Should Have knowledge of the cannabis culture and industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate a significant amount of content within short turnaround times, often utilizing your smartphone to achieve an organic TikTok/Instagram Reels look.
• Create share-worthy & engaging videos that resonate with a 420-friendly audience.
• Collaborate with experienced 420 brand content shooters/strategists, welcoming their edits and suggestions to enhance your reels.
• Showcase creativity by generating compelling video ideas, simplifying complex product features, and adhering to platform guidelines.
• Possess a keen eye for elements that make videos "catchy" and put great effort into creating seemingly effortless short videos.
• Maintain quick response times within ±2 hours during daytime hours, ensuring effective communication with your team.Applicants may be asked to complete an assessment involving the creation of 1-3 video ads for selected brands.

Position Details:

• SEMI VIRTUAL, PART TIME, CONTRACT position.
• Weekly meetups required in San Luis Obispo/Santa Maria, CA.
• Job Type: Part Time, Contract
• Pay: $50/Video
• On average a 8-30 second instagram can take 30 minutes - 2 hours to shoot
• Speed & Quality will be rewarded

Requirements:

• DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO VIDEO EXPERIENCE
• Preferred experience in social media marketing and writing skills for at least 1 year.
