CAMPUS RECRUITING – PROvider Network and Capacity Intern
Lowe's Summer Internship Program Overview
 
Lowe's 2024 Summer Internship Program offers a challenging, project-based opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to enhance their understanding of the retail business world through valuable, hands-on experience with a FORTUNE® 50 company. The internship will provide broad learning, experience, organizational knowledge, and business acumen. We are looking for:

The summer internship program begins with orientation on
May 20th
and concludes on
August 2nd
. All internships are paid opportunities. Qualified interns will be eligible for Lowe's housing benefit. 
PROvider Network and Capacity Team:
The PROvider Network and Capacity team is part of the PROvider Experience Group which is made up of remote, field and SSC (Store Support Center) associates, driving and executing various processes and KPIs. The team is responsible for providing end-to-end support to internal and external stakeholders when bringing new contracting companies to join Lowe's network of Independent Service PROviders to perform installation services for Lowe's customers. The team is also responsible for minimizing company and customer risk while improving capacity through data analysis and reporting. The team collaborates with business partners at a corporate and field level to serve our Customers and Associates effectively.
The PROvider Experience team's mission is to make Lowe's the preferred home improvement retailer by making it easy for the PROviders to do business with Lowe's. Building value and loyalty as an installer and Pro customer to deliver best-in-class customer experience by advocating for the PROvider, through Centralized PROvider Support, and PROvider Value & Rewards.
The PROvider Experience Internship will consist of a project-based assignment to broaden learning, experience, organizational knowledge, and business acumen.
Potential Areas of Learning:
Partners with cross functional teams to drive alignment and understanding on KPIs
Performs research on internal process and external industry standards and creates recommendations based on findings backed by data
Creates and provides reporting based on data, metrics and analysis to make a recommendation to gain insights on performance
Drive the work of assigned project through scope, resource management and communication to achieve project objectives and key results
Prepare executive level report outs to include project status updates and review of project performance metrics (deliverables, OKR, financials, timelines, etc)
Education and/or Experience: 
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Retail or related fields from an accredited university with expected graduation dates of December 2024 or May 2025
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required 
Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point) 
Strong collaborative, innovative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required 
Relevant internship and experience is a plus, as is experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
