Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Production Welder Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where you'll work closely with seasoned professionals, learn valuable skills, and contribute to our mission of producing high-quality food products.
Responsibilities:
- Welding Operations: Assist in various welding tasks including but not limited to MIG, TIG, and spot welding.
- Fabrication Support: Collaborate with the production team to create and assemble components using welding equipment and techniques.
- Equipment Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Requirements:
- Education: Pursuing a degree or certification in Welding Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Basic understanding of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and spot welding.
- Knowledge of welding equipment and its maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
