Job description

The Campus Relations Recruiter serves as an internal subject matter expert to facilitate navigating student/intern programs across Rogers Behavioral Health. Will build, use and analyze turn-over, retention, recruitment, and other data to inform program development. In partnership with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams and other key stakeholders, will execute recruiting strategies to fill pipeline of candidates for early career programs and internships across the organization. The Campus Relations Recruiter will partner with local and regional universities, colleges and technical colleges to improve intern programs and the intern experience, with the goal of translating interns into future Rogers talent. Participates and recruits at career fairs to support recruitment efforts. Close collaboration and partnership with operational leaders, managers, Human Resources (HR) Business Partners, and school representatives to drive the daily work.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p
Location: Hybrid in Oconomowoc, WI
Set Campus Hiring Goals and Objectives:
  • Organize, plan, and attend external campus related activities representing Rogers in a positive authentic way.
  • Meet with Rogers Hiring Leaders and recruiters to understand the short term and long-term strategic recruiting needs of our business.
  • Determine strategic campus partners to supply talent to meet intern, part time and full-time hires for Rogers.
  • Create campus plan in conjunction with Manager Campus Relations to meet established annual campus recruiting goals.
  • Actively engage with deans, faculty, career services, professors, and student organizations to create strong relationships and identify unique opportunities to connect with students on campus and introduce the Rogers brand.
  • Create calendar of recruiting activities that are shared within Human Resources, our business and on our careers page.
  • Create standard work materials to provide support and training to Rogers employees who attend our events.
  • Connect with students individually on campus and off to share Rogers career opportunities and benefits.
  • Track student contacts and follow up with all students post event and connecting to appropriate recruiter if applicable.
  • Ensure proper use of applicant tracking system, job offers and pre-employment processes in alignment with Rogers recruiting practices.
  • Measure and analyze student and campus engagements for ROI and recruiting plan adjustments.
  • Maintain adequate campus material supplies including banner stands, table clothes, give aways and handouts in conjunction with Campus Relations Coordinator.
Manage Intern Programs:
  • Establishes internship relationships with schools for each Rogers’ facility to supply a ready-now pipeline of intern candidates.
  • Establishes and maintains necessary internship program documents with schools.
  • Partners with managers to prepare interns for a positive internship at Rogers by creating goals, tracking the intern as a future talent source and facilitating employment offers upon graduation.
  • Coordinate and oversee feeder high school programs as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with managers to create a rich experience for candidates.
  • Manage communications and feedback with students and managers ensuring transparency around expectations and status in the process.
  • Maintain record of available internship preceptors at each Rogers Behavioral Health location.
  • Ensure Student Programs Policy clearly outlines student programs requirements and guidelines.
  • Leverage intern and school feedback and analytics to drive program effectiveness and ensure alignment between intern programs and long-term workforce plans/needs.
Represent Rogers at Career Fairs:
  • Represent Rogers at career fairs, campus and student organizations, and other recruitment avenues to target potential future employees at Rogers and tell the Rogers story.
  • Coordinate setup materials and attendees for fairs.
  • Attend selected job fairs for current year.
  • Maintain job fair calendar for current/upcoming year.
  • Partner with and leverage current Talent Development programs that focus on intern skill development and leverage candidates.
  • Partner with Talent Development to understand current initiatives on high potential programs to leverage this information in retention efforts.
Additional Job Description:
Education/Training Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in business, human resources, clinical or related field is required.
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ work experience preferably Human Resources.
  • Previous early career program and/or university relations experience preferred.
  • Hold a valid automobile driver’s license.
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required.
