RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will do as the Campus Coordinator
- Provide admissions advisement and meet with potential students
- Process registrations and collect payments from future and current students
- Prepare class paperwork, student manuals, and other materials in advance
- Audit the student database system to ensure school and state policy compliance in regard to paperwork, student payments, student attendance, and instructor records entry
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the labs, classrooms, and office
- Provide students with exit counseling and prompt certificate delivery upon course completion
- Respond to student, prospective student, and internal communications within 24 business hours of receipt (phone, email, mail, etc)
- Support faculty by providing training, advisement, and assistance as needed
- Oversee the daily functions of the campus and ensure that the school is operating within state guidelines and in a responsible manner
- Monitor for and respond to student complaints and concerns
- Report to higher administration on metrics for the campus such as enrollment, inventory, student satisfaction, etc
- Substitute teach as needed
When you will work
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 1pm. The remaining 4 hours of the 40-hour work week will take place on evenings and weekends as required by the class schedule.

You possess these basic requirements
- Three years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT or a field with similar/related clinical experience
- Office administration and/or teaching/training experience preferred
