Job Description
This position will provide Client with a technical systems analyst assigned directly to their National Communication Center (NCC). The systems analyst will work closely with customers to triage technical issues and provide an immediate point of escalation to First Responders. The analyst will work directly with Client to learn the business, document their current usage, and assist in the design and development of Projects specific to the NCC, including but not limited to the CAD Upgrade, Phone and Radio Replacement, Text-a-Tip replacement, and License Plate Reader replacement. The Analyst will also gain working knowledge of service-now/ITIL platforms and navigate an issue through the incident management process.
Skills/Experience: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Database
- Experience in implementation and integration of vendor developed applications (COTS).
- Experience in public safety software is preferred.
