Camping / Glamping Manager

```Job Overview:

We are seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the operations of our camp facility. The Camp Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective guests & campers
• Manage communication bookings (most will be done online, but direct bookings and drive bys)
• Greet guests at main community building (reservations will receive emailed instructions)
• Hosting camp events (community fires / happy hours)
• Quiet hours enforcement
• Daily site cleanup / maintenance
• Basic camp repairs
• Main cleaning / cabin turnover cleaning (help may be provided on high turnover days)
• Photos / video from time to time of camp for social media
• Answering guests questions on activities (books will be provided to campers upon reservation)
• Laundry (linens, towels etc)
• Cleaning community center bathrooms (2-3 times per day depending on reservations)
• Enforcing checkout times to keep on schedule
• During set office hours being available in community building
• Train cleaning crew with knowledge of campsite to have some back up coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
