We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Taker. As a Call Taker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their service needs
- Enter data accurately into our system for order processing and tracking
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with customers
Skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
