Under the general supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Call Center/Patient Registration Coordinator is responsible for performing and coordinating administrative tasks (e.g., answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, calling patients to remind them of their appointments, etc.) and collection activities (e.g., collecting payments, billing, utilizing overall clinic software, etc.). The Call Center/Patient Registrationmust work with all clinic staff and assist in the daily administrative and billing operations of the clinic. The Call Center/Patient Registration Coordinator must work well with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. The Call Center/Patient Registration Coordinator will utilize FNCH computer systems for tracking and data collection.
