National Enterprise Systems is seeking an innovative, personable individual with excellent coaching and communication skills to join their team as a Trainer and responsible for developing and delivering training to Call Center representative.
Working hours for this position are as follows:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Deliver initial training for new hires and ongoing coaching to Call Center representatives
- Identify trainee performance gaps, deliver corrective coaching, and document results
- Reflect on training procedures and suggest recommendations for improvement
- Maintain existing training material by completing updates as needed and develop new training material based on knowledge of subject matter
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Teaching
- Proven excellence in written and oral communication
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be team oriented and highly organized
- Good sense of urgency
- Dedicated to meeting requirements of both internal and external clients
- Ability to manage resource issues and multiple priorities with little direction
- Prior Call Center, collections, and training experience is helpful
