Call Center Team Leader (Monthly Bonuses)

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inside Sales team in Raleigh, NC plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home ® by connecting with dozens of customers daily and laying the foundation for a five-star experience.

As an Inside Sales Team Lead at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing the Inside Sales operations for a designated region. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Assist representatives in handling calls from our customers who are interested in upgrading their homes and scheduling appointments for our team of Design Consultants
• Train and qualify new employees in accordance with department procedures/guidelines
• Provide exceptional service to our customers while developing a team to maintain key metrics that drive our business forward
• Oversee the appointment calendar for the assigned region
• Monitor employee performance against goals/objectives and provide real-time feedback and coaching
• Identify employee improvement opportunities by monitoring call recordings and sharing feedback with employees

• Monday-Friday with 1 Saturday a month 8:00am-4:30pm, 11:30am-8:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:00pm
