CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a valued client as they search for their next Procurement Call Team Leader. As the Procurement Call Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily production of around 30 procurement analysts and promoting a positive team environment. This is a wonderful DIRECT-HIRE opportunity for someone seeking a day shift that enjoys interacting with clients.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Call Team Leader:
- Train new employees and/or implement protocols as they change and update other units
- Direct group of employees in their day-to-day operations
- In charge of human resource matters directly related to department supervised
- Responsible for quality of service provided
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses
Qualifications for the Procurement Call Team Leader:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ of experience in a Call Center environment
- Supervisory experience is a PLUS
- Proficient in MS Office
Compensation for the Procurement Call Team Leader:
- Direct Hire
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
- Hourly:$20-25/hour (DOE), OT possible
