Call Center Sales Representative

Consumer Consulting Group LLC is a consumer defense firm, who for over 5 years have been helping consumers rid themselves of timeshare debt, improving credit, and protecting their financial future. We are licensed by the Department of Financial Regulation and are the only firm who has a dedicated credit management team. Our service and track record have become one of the industries leading timeshare relief firms.

Sales Representative Overview of Duties:
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients interested in our service. Call potential customers that request we a call back or scheduled appointment. Respond to chat messages and text messages promoting our products or services.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent results.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices for sales success

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Call Centers, sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
