Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace Call Center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors.
A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.
This role requires training in person in our Fort Myers office for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Responsibilities
Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication scripts when handling different customer enquiries
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers,
preferably in a Call Center environment
Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 6:55am and
ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday
Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm
Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Pay: From $15.00 per hour (64% base pay / 36% incentive)
On average, our Agents make $20/hr with base pay + commission.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
