Call Center - Reservations Specialist

At PR Global Reservations, LLC, we are the designated CALL CENTER to help Members book their future hotel reservations. We maintain customer satisfaction standards for current members and strive to acquire new business by providing professional and efficient customer service. In addition, we inform and educate the member of potential room upgrades and opportunities that can generate additional revenue.

**Please Note this Position is ON Site in Doral, FL (Miami-Dade County), and You must be able to Commute to Work as Scheduled**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Members’ Requests.
• Provides General Resort information.
• Informs Members about Resort properties and brands.
• Receives Inbound calls from members seeking to book Reservations.
• Confirms Reservations and collects prices in full through the computer-based system.
• Provides booking and reservation services to members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish, Portuguese or French).
• Must Speak Good Conversational English.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
• Proficient computer and typing skills (ability to learn new software).
• Sales and Negotiating skills with the ability to meet or surpass monthly sales goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively recommend additional products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
• Ability to effectively and pleasantly communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

Pay:

• For the First 3 Months, About $1760.00 Bi-Weekly before Taxes for Every 80 Hours, Including an $800 Supplemental pay per Paycheck); after that is Florida's Minimum Wage (Currently $12/hour) plus High Commissions Payout.
• A Sales Job Paying High Commissions Payout without Cold Calls, our Agents make in Average between $60K to around $120K per year.
