Job Description
Malone Workforce Solutions is currently hiring multiple Call Center Representatives for a leading auto parts manufacturer in Bowling Green. Responsibilities include managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails, order entry, researching availability of parts and suggesting compatible substitutions, providing order status and return status, directing questions to the proper departments, completing general office duties.
- Monday through Friday schedule
- First Shift

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of auto parts required
- Call center experience preferred
- Data entry skills
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well in a team setting
