Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date in the system
- Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and improve processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
