- Monitor inbound call/email volumes, service levels, and queues.
- Receive incoming phone calls/emails and service inquiries from customers and service personnel.
- Resolve team members' questions in a timely manner.
- Work with other departments/personnel where necessary to research and resolve customer questions/issues.
- Complete weekly quality assurance evaluations
- Provide verbal coaching to Call Center/after-hours dispatch representatives.
- Communicate information/department changes to Call Center/after-hours dispatch representatives.
- Conduct department training as needed.
- Escalate issues/concerns to the Supervisor when necessary.
- Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a specific industry.
