Job Summary: The major purpose of the Call Center Representative is to handle inbound calls for the company. We are seeking a full-time employee who is detail oriented, motivated to support patient’s needs, able to speak clearly and understandably, and willing to learn.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer service preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers telephone calls promptly.
• Addresses the caller’s concern.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments as necessary.
• Directs calls to appropriate personnel.
• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Ability to utilize and navigate systems.
• Maintains composure when dealing with difficult patients or situations.
• Follows all HIPPA requirements in order to maintain patient privacy.

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
