Director of First Impressions Job Announcement

Our Real Estate office is looking for a special person who wants to support our agents, leadership, and clients as our Director of First Impressions. To excel in this front-desk position, you must have excellent computer and verbal communication skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative, and follow-through on projects. This is a supportive role for someone self-described as task oriented, dependable and who understands the importance of time management and relationship building.
Regular work activities:
- Answer phones & greet clients
- Maintain appearance of reception and common areas
- Monitor office email and sending emails to associates/office staff
- Complete daily data entries
- Coordinate schedule and create monthly calendars for office classes and events
- Produce office flyers, posters, etc.
- Maintain various databases
- Manage operating condition of office equipment
- Order office supplies
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Assist management team with ad hoc assignments/reports and other general support
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate
- Phone skills and experience
- People skills and experience
- Positive, friendly, & energetic attitude
- Team player
- Computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Publisher, and general computer troubleshooting
- Real estate industry experience a plus!
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
