Call Center Representative

Prior medical call Center experience is a nice addition..

Answering all incoming calls, directing them among departments.
Collecting patient balances
When making new appointment verifying their insurance information's.

Nice, polite, understanding on the phone while talking to the patients.
Update and/or enter Demographic information, insurance information into Practice management software.
Uploading documents in EMR software

Must be comfortable on computer and able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
