We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to resolve them effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Follow Call Center guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- SERVICE TITAN EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems effectively
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
