Call Center Representative Float
The primary focus of the Call Center Representative is to float between supporting the management of the Specialty schedules (ie, Physical Therapy, Dermatology and others as added), and support Medical's Call Center. The Call Center Representative will serve as liaison between clinical teams and other staff throughout the organization with an emphasis on team work to ensure patients receive high quality comprehensive care.

Call Center Representative Float
The primary focus of the Call Center Representative is to float between supporting the management of the Specialty schedules (ie, Physical Therapy, Dermatology and others as added), and support Medical's Call Center. Duties:
- Manage Specialty schedules (PT, Dermatology, Rheumatology and others as added)
- Assist with scheduling and rescheduling patients
- Provide EOD clean-up of schedules (ensure all patients are checked-in, cancelled or no-showed
- Enter status of referral appointments in EHR following the referral workflow
- Ensure insurance eligibility for patients with MCP's or straight M/Cal
Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current and in good standing; CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV printout.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year experience in a medical front office setting
- One year experience running eligibility for Medical, including knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, Private Insurance and Workers Compensation
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Spanish speaking preferred
