We are hiring a full-time Call Center Representative for our Lakewood location immediately. The Call Center Representative is responsible for cold calling prospective customers on behalf of our company. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer service focused and able to handle all levels of candidate complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound calls with customers and maintain a record of those conversations using our Call Center software
- Educate and inform customers about our client’s products and services that they qualify for
- Communicate clearly and professionally with each interaction daily
- Develop and maintain objectives for the designated teams day to day activities within the Call Center
- Collect and analyze call-center statistics
Preferred Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, Call Center, retail, hospitality, or related entry-level position is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn in an entry-level position
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- A passion for working with team members and customers
- Basic knowledge and comfortability with computers/technology
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $600.00 per week
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
