Call Center Representative – Full-time
Sentinel Federal Credit Union is seeking a candidate to join our Call Center. This full-time Call Center Representative position is responsible for handling member service calls regarding the resolution of member questions and problems, closing accounts, processing stop payments, ordering cards, and answering questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, Visa cards, Debit cards, dispute processing, IRA’s, phone payments, payoff, account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, and interest rates. This position is also the backup for ACH and wire processing.
- Experience in a Call Center environment is preferred
- Must be service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with lending is desired
