We are hiring a Call Center Representative that can start immediately!
1st shift - 8am - 5pm
$20/hr
100% on site - NOT remote.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy during customer interactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Meet or exceed Call Center performance goals
Experience:
- 3 years experience in a Call Center or customer service role preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
