What Will You Do?
- Establish a lasting first impression with each customer, converting their call into a booked appointment
- Resolve client concerns in a timely manner with 5-star quality customer service
- Liaise between the technicians, clients, and department managers to ensure everyone is communicated with efficiently
- Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for management
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress
- Other duties assigned by management
What Does It Take?
- 2 years of customer service or scheduling experience, Call Center experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment
- Pass a nine-panel drug screen and background check
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer and telecommunication skills
- Capacity to learn Duane Blanton's business systems
