REPORTS TO:Call Center Manager or Operations Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for booking appointments in a courteous and professional manner. Provide legendary customer service to Spalon clients while infusing our mission statement and values into our day to day culture.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Self starter with positive attitude who enjoys working with clients over the phone. Ability to pay attention to detail. Able to deal with stress in a positive manner. A good listener and good communicator.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Good diction and phone skills. Thorough understanding of FTA system in all aspects relating to client scheduling.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Actively demonstrate ability and desire to create a legendary customer service experience to Spalon clients.
- Book client appointments accurately for all locations.
- Work as a team to instill accurate booking and report any challenges to manager.
- Actively participate in and promote teamwork; support Spalon Montage policies and procedures; and be responsible for well-being, instilling our mission statement into our daily experiences and culture.
- Support management in additional duties as assigned in support of mission statement and company objectives.
