The Member Support Agent II serves as an advocate to our members, guests, prospective members and club staff. Provides accurate information regarding company products, policies, and practices to both internal and external customers while delivering +1 customer service.

Compensation: $14.00 -$15.00 per hour
*This is an in-office position, not a remote position*
Day in the life:
After completing a two-week paid training, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.
Who are we looking for?
Previous Call Center or customer service experience is needed, bilingual is a plus! Must have a minimum of 6 months leadership experience in a previous role. Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
