Position: Call Center Manager
Pay: $25 per hour
Location: Thomaston, CT
Hours:
Full-Time
8 Hour shifts
Monday-Friday
Rotating Saturdays
Overtime available.

Requirements:
- Prior Call Center, appointment center, and CSR experience is preferred
- Ability to connect with customers and guide them to service solutions
- Pleasant phone voice and telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain energy and composure
- Listening skills to understand the unique needs of our customers
- Background check and drug test
Summary:
We are looking for the right person to help us build, work in and manage our center. Build in our existing location, work stations, phone system, call taking hardware. We have a vision and instruction for the build. When complete you and your team of 1-2 CSR's will be experts at taking calls, emails, texts etc. Helping our customers feel great about their choice to contact us.
