This is a full time hybrid position in Hartford, CT.
Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a Document Management/Call Center Representative. The Document Management/Call Center Representative will provide accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions customers working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue, including scanning and electronic document management functions.
Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service and/or call center experience with knowledge of phone etiquette and documentation scanning
  • 1+ years of experience with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of: Call Center and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language
  • Skill in: Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills
  • Ability To: Work independently, work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Education
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $29.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
