```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products or services is desirable
